Stirling Moss Race History: 1956 Monaco Grand Prix Video

2016 marks the 60th anniversary of Stirling first Monaco Grand Prix victory. He led the grand prix for virtually the entire 100 lap race in a Maserati 250F, beating Juan-Manuel Fangio, Peter Collins and Jean Behra. Stirling would go onto win two more Monaco GP’s including one of his most famous victories when, in 1961, he held off the two more powerful shark nosed Ferrari’s of Hill and Ginther in his by then vintage Lotus 18 in the Blue and White livery of the Rob Walker team.
